The Right Time to Buy a Home

Ever wondered about the "right time" to buy a home?  Well, save your pennies because this is the "right time!' 

Interest rates are at their lowest and of course there's always someone out there thinking...I'll just wait, they'll go lower.  Right!  This is as crazy thinking as someone saying, "they have to take that offer in this market".  Right!!! No one has to do anything.  I tell clients all the time, "we don't know the real reason a seller is selling, and not everyone is desperate".  Maybe they are taking advantage of the low interest rates, ever thought of that?

The truth of the matter is...interest rates are so low, those who are "waiting" on the right time to buy need to take advantage of the entire situation.  There are lots of homes to choose from...everyone is doing their part to make sure that their home is "in the best shape" and "more appealing" to the buyer by going that extra mile to get them in the door. 

Use to be a time that only those who had money were able to deliver that "wow" factor when selling a home.  Now, thanks to HGTV and other home shows, the common seller can do minor things to get their homes sold fast.  Face it, it's about the right pricing, and the right look! 

Sure, we have those who are scared straight because the media has told us for a couple of years now that the market is in bad shape so those scared people are missing out on their dream home.

So, when is the best time to buy?  The time is now! You have three things in your favor: Interest rates at a historical low, the market is flooded with great homes just waiting on the right buyer and lastly, there is nothing like owning your own home!
